Connect Arena is the first and only regional gaming competition dedicated exclusively to employees.
They believe that satisfied employees are the key to the success of any company, and they present a new concept of team building through gaming competitions. Over the past few months, we participated in the second season of the Business Gaming League, where we competed in 4 different games.
After winning the championship in the first seasons, we wanted to prove to ourselves that it wasn't just luck.
Our team showed dominance in soccer games such as FIFA and PES, while we faced strong competition in CS:GO and League of Legends.
Nonetheless, we made it to the finals, and our team, the Ziratnici (ZIRA warriors), was positioned in second place. Through this fun and challenging experience, we proved once again that #WeMakeITwork and #courage is indeed what it takes.
