As a part of our employee support in constant willingness to learn and accomplish their career achievements, we have set money aside for educational purposes. Every employee can choose the educational program of choice and build their career in the desired direction.
Onboarding process
As part of the onboarding process, every employee has a probation period in which he is assigned a mentor that helps him adapt to the new working environment and facilitate the transition. Older colleagues are selflessly sharing their knowledge with new colleagues.
We are also developing a career path so every employee can have a clear goal and know the steps to achieving that goal inside our company. We want to show that we care about their passions, respect their decisions, and support them. Also, we want to provide security and assure that we are a devoted employer who cares about employee growth and values it.
