Position Overview:
Mid-level QA Engineer is often involved in creating comprehensive test strategies and plans for projects. This includes determining the scope of testing, identifying testing types (e.g., functional, integration, regression), and defining test entry and exit criteria.

Key responsibilities:

• Manual testing: Conducting manual test execution without relying on automation tools to ensure proper system functionality.

• Non-functional testing (Performance, security, etc.): Assessing aspects of the system that focus on performance, security, and other qualities, rather than specific behaviors or functions. This includes evaluating how well the system performs under various conditions.

• Frontend acceptance testing: Verifying and validating the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), ensuring that business logic is correctly implemented on the frontend and that the system meets specified requirements and delivers accurate results.

• Backend testing: Testing and verifying the functionality and reliability of application programming interfaces (APIs) that facilitate communication between different software systems.

• Database validations: Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of database operations, including CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) actions and maintaining data integrity.

• Client-facing interaction: Demonstrating strong presentation and communication skills, actively listening to clients, performing system integration testing, problem-solving, and leading demo sessions for clients.

• Technical background: Experience working with programming languages, structured data formats (e.g., XML, CSV, large files), data processing platforms, and involvement in enterprise-level projects.

Other requirements:

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.

• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.

• Experience with configuration tasks.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
