Position Overview:

As a Junior System Administrator, you will assist in managing our internal infrastructure while supporting ongoing projects and product installations. This entry-level role focuses on collaboration, learning, and contributing to our system administration and DevOps practices, helping to bridge the gap between development and operations. 

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of internal company systems.
  • Configure user environments, including user accounts, passwords, and access rights, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Support efforts to expand resource capacities, with a willingness to learn about cloud services and virtualization.
  • Provide assistance in resolving infrastructure issues for internal users by using monitoring tools to identify potential problems.
  • Maintain the mail system, network resources, and internal backup processes to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to learn the basics of current and emerging solutions, while following DevOps best practices.
  • Assist in setting up development and testing environments to support project workflows.
  • Support development teams with system and infrastructure issues (network, access rights, basic database administration) as needed.
  • Participate in projects by following established guidelines and contributing ideas for improvement.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.


    • Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of system administration and support processes, with a strong eagerness to learn DevOps methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) or a willingness to learn CI/CD tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the role, with a passion for technology and a desire to embrace DevOps principles
