The participants were welcomed by Nedim Hamzić - Secretary General of AmCham in BiH, and Sabina Selvić-Oručević - CEO of ZIRA.
We started off with the „International Bussiness Ecosystem“ presentation led by our CPO Lejla Pljevljak-Rašidagić where she shared experiences and revealed some of ZIRA’s recipes for our greatest achievement - placing our software products on the world market. Additionally, Lejla also spoke on how one gets from a start-up to a well-known brand, and how we bravely faced all the challenges to be where we’re today - among one of the best in what we do.
The communication workshop "Why do we choose the elevator and not the stairs?" covered by our CCO Elma Pašić ended with the powerful conclusion that leaders are distinguished by preparation and strategy in every situation, but that the reward is always worth the effort.
We hope that this masterclass and our shared experiences brought some important insights and knowledge, and will help prepare our Leader Roots participants for their future career success.
