We at ZIRA know that everyone loves their free time outside work, and we absolutely understand and respect that. That is why we are trying our best to compensate you maximally for your lost free time with generous overtime pay.
We know that extra money can't buy the time, but it can come in handy. Some colleagues are more than happy to earn extra cash and sometimes don't mind working overtime!
Most of the time, working overtime is something you can arrange with your supervisor, and you can decide when to finish the work that needs to be done.
