The next, 15th generation of ZTA talents kicks off on September 15, 2025, and applications are open until August 29 at 5 PM, so make sure to keep an eye on the deadline.

What is ZIRA Talent Academy (ZTA)? 

ZTA is a 9-week internship program for ICT students, whether you’re still studying or working toward your graduate degree. Over those weeks, you’ll work with a range of technologies, sharpen your coding skills, and learn how Agile works in practice. Daily stand-ups and weekly sprints keep the pace fast and the learning real, helping you move quickly from student to professional.

The ZTA experience:

✅ 9 weeks of online certified training
You will dive deep into CSS, Java, Angular, Maven, Spring, ActiveMQ, developing a diverse skill set that will prepare you for real-world projects in the industry. 

✅ Full-time mentorship support
Our dedicated mentors, Mahir, Alem, and Lamija, will guide you every step of the way, making sure you receive the guidance and constructive feedback needed to thrive.

✅ Simulation of a real project environment
You will gain hands-on experience in a simulated project environment, allowing you to showcase skills and adapt to real-world challenges. 

1️⃣ Final-year students and recent graduates: We are looking for talented individuals who are either in their final year of IT studies or have recently graduated from university programs.

2️⃣ Strong work ethic: We highly value individuals with a strong work ethic, those who are committed to going the extra mile to achieve excellence.

3️⃣ Technical aptitude: To succeed in our program, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in coding and technology or show a keen interest in developing these skills.
