Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

ZIRA is growing, and our success depends entirely on the quality of the people we bring on board. We are looking for someone who has moved past the learning phase and is ready to take full ownership of the hiring process.

In this role, you aren’t just "filling a gap" but becoming a partner to our hiring managers, helping them find the right technical and product talent to drive our global projects forward. We value results over bureaucracy, and we need someone who is disciplined, proactive, and genuinely cares about candidate experience.

You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams, helping them find the right talent while keeping the process structured, efficient, and human. Candidate experience matters here, just as much as hiring outcomes.

Job requirements

Recruitment ownership

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer and onboarding

  • Review applications, manage active pipelines, and coordinate internal referrals

  • Conduct structured interviews and support hiring decisions

  • Ensure smooth and consistent experience for candidates throughout the process

ATS & data management

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Applicant Tracking System

  • Improve workflows, standardize processes, and ensure data accuracy

  • Track key recruitment metrics such as time to hire and pipeline efficiency

  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and support better decision-making

Collaboration with teams

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads

  • Align on role expectations, timelines, and candidate profiles

  • Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates throughout the process

  • Act as a reliable point of contact during hiring decisions

Candidate experience

  • Ensure clear, timely, and respectful communication with all candidates

  • Avoid long response gaps and keep candidates informed at every stage

  • Collect feedback and continuously improve the hiring experience

Process improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies or unclear steps in the hiring process

  • Propose and implement improvements to make recruitment more effective

  • Contribute to building a more structured and scalable hiring approach

Employer branding & networking

  • Support participation in events and networking activities

  • Help strengthen ZIRA’s presence within the talent community

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives when needed

Required skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the tech or software industry

  • Good understanding of software development roles and environments

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in B/H/S and English

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at the same time

  • A structured, proactive, and execution-focused mindset

  • Attention to detail and discipline in maintaining accurate data
