Join our team as a Startup Program Lead!

We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on leader to bring Grid33 to life—from concept to full operation. 

This is a founding role, ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and practical execution. You won’t be stepping into an existing structure; you’ll be creating one. From shaping Grid33’s program portfolio and partnerships to building relationships across the startup ecosystem, you’ll be the driving force behind everything that Grid33 becomes.

Working under the general supervision of ZIRA Group’s Chief Innovation Officer, you’ll have the freedom to design, experiment, and build new initiatives that empower emerging founders and innovators.

Key responsibilities 

Program development and management  
Establish and oversee Grid33’s innovation lab and accelerator programs, ensuring alignment with ZIRA Group’s strategic goals. 

Ecosystem building  
Build strong connections within Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the broader regional startup ecosystem—including startups, investors, universities, and tech communities. 

Partnerships and collaboration  
Identify, negotiate, and manage collaboration opportunities with organizations that share Grid33’s mission. 

Community engagement  
Represent Grid33 and ZIRA Group at events, panels, and conferences, strengthening the visibility and influence of our innovation initiatives. 

Mentorship network  
Build and coordinate a diverse network of mentors and advisors, leveraging both internal ZIRA expertise and external partners. 

Program design and execution  
Design and launch pilot programs, workshops, and community events that foster innovation and entrepreneurial growth. 

Strategic alignment  
Collaborate closely with ZIRA’s Innovation Department to align on objectives, share insights, and contribute to the overall innovation strategy. 

What we’re looking for 

• Proven experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, business development, or managing startup programs 

• Deep understanding of startup ecosystems, funding cycles, and innovation trends 

• Excellent communication, networking, and partnership-building skills 

• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, resourceful, adaptable, and results-driven 

• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills—able to turn ideas into action 

• Passion for empowering founders and building communities around technology and innovation
