Join our team as a Project Manager.
You will play a central role in managing end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring that each initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the agreed scope. This role carries high visibility across the organization: you’ll act as the project ambassador, coordinating teams, aligning stakeholders, and guiding every phase from planning to execution.
As a Project Manager, you will lead project teams, facilitate collaboration across functions, and provide clarity on responsibilities, priorities, and timelines. You will also be the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are understood, progress is transparent, and challenges are addressed proactively.
Your focus will be on project planning, team coordination, risk management, documentation, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement, always keeping strategic objectives in mind while maintaining high delivery standards.

Job requirements
3+ years of proven experience in managing projects
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience managing IT projects from initiation to completion
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, project management principles, and microservice architecture concepts
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Experience working directly with clients or managing projects in multinational environments
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
Additional requirements
Ability to build strong relationships and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
Experience coordinating cross-functional or remote teams
Key responsibilities
Project planning and alignment
Develop realistic project plans that meet business objectives and align with ZIRA’s strategic direction.
Team leadership and coordination
Assemble and guide project teams, ensure clear communication, remove obstacles, and support team members in delivering their best work.
Managing timelines, scope, and budget
Define and monitor schedules, estimate task durations, manage scope changes, and track budget vs. planned spend.
Quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Maintain visibility on delivery quality, gather stakeholder feedback, and take corrective actions when needed.
Risk and issue management
Identify project risks early, manage issues proactively, and apply a systematic approach to resolution.
Progress monitoring and reporting
Track project performance, compare results against plans, and provide tailored updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Documentation management
Oversee creation, organization, sign-off, and archiving of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Client and stakeholder relations
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring needs are understood, expectations are managed, and relationships remain positive and productive.
