Join our team as a Product Marketing Associate!

 

ZIRA is looking for a proactive Product Marketing Associate to assist in ongoing product marketing activities. This hands-on, dynamic role involves close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.

You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering timely, high-quality support. 

 

Job requirements

Main responsibilities:  

 

·        Assist in the execution and logistical coordination of planned product related events. 

·        Collaborate with the Product team to gain deep product knowledge and translate features into customer benefits

·        Monitor market trends and industry updates to stay ahead of the competition

·        Assist in creating engaging product-related content for social media, marketing campaigns, website, and other promotional materials

·        Track ongoing Product marketing activities and ensure deliverables are on time

·        Support sales enablement by preparing product documentation and presentations

·        Work with external agencies and industry analysts to develop insights, reports, and strategic messaging

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and marketing) to ensure a consistent brand message

·        Update and maintain accurate marketing contact lists. 

·        Provide general support for related marketing activities as needed. 

 

Required skills: 

 

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 

·        Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 

·        Self-initiative with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities. 

·        Willingness to learn about ZIRA’s technology, products, and industry. 

·        Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 

·        Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage multiple priorities. 

·        Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

·        Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
