Join our team as a Lead Delivery Manager.
You will play a key role in ensuring the on-time and on-cost delivery of multiple complex IT and telecom projects. You’ll oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment among all internal and external stakeholders to achieve the agreed business outcomes.
In this role, you will lead and mentor multiple project teams, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll also serve as the primary point of contact between ZIRA and our clients, ensuring client needs are met, issues are resolved, and opportunities for future growth are identified.
Your focus will be on both delivery excellence and relationship management, balancing hands-on project oversight with strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.
This position requires strong leadership, clear communication, and deep knowledge of various project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing large-scale IT development projects and driving results in dynamic, global environments.

Job requirements
8+ years of experience in managing IT project delivery, with at least 3+ years in a lead or senior management position
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Delivery Manager in a multinational environment
Strong background in managing geographically dispersed project teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and the ability to adapt processes pragmatically
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or project streams simultaneously
Strong facilitation, prioritization, and coaching skills
Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, and project quality
Understanding of telecom technologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to foresee and mitigate risks
Ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments, negotiate effectively with external stakeholders, and encourage continuous improvement
Preferred qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience managing complex telecom and IT projects
Additional requirements
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Prior experience managing projects for international clients or within multinational organizations
Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian IT business environment is a plus
Willingness to work Sunday to Thursday, with possible relocation to KSA

Project and team management
Lead and mentor multiple delivery teams, manage resources, define project scope, and ensure outcomes meet both ZIRA and client expectations.
Delivery and strategy
Develop and implement delivery strategies, maintain roadmaps, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
Managing timelines, scope, and budgets
Set and manage delivery schedules, control scope changes through effective change management, and monitor budgets to avoid overruns.
Risk and dependency management
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Stakeholder communication
Act as the main liaison between teams and stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and transparent communication on project progress and expectations.
Performance and reporting
Monitor and report on key delivery metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
