As a DevOps & Cloud Engineer at ZIRA, you will help design, evolve, and maintain modern infrastructure and cloud environments that support our platforms and services. You will work closely with engineering and DevOps teams to improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency across cloud and hybrid environments.

In this role, you will contribute to the design and operation of scalable and secure infrastructure while advancing CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and platform stability.

This is a senior technical role without people-management responsibilities, intended for professionals who want to make a real impact on platform architecture, infrastructure standards, and the evolution of modern cloud environments.

Infrastructure & cloud architecture

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions across cloud and hybrid environments

• Contribute to the evolution of infrastructure architecture to support growing platforms and services

• Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient, and aligned with operational best practices

• Participate in designing and maintaining cloud environments and infrastructure standards

• Support the implementation of high availability, reliability, and operational stability across systems

DevOps practices & automation

• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery

• Drive infrastructure automation using modern DevOps practices and tools

• Improve system observability, monitoring, and incident response capabilities

• Support the adoption of DevOps practices across development and infrastructure teams

• Contribute to improving operational efficiency through automation and platform standardization

Collaboration & operational excellence

• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support platform operations

• Help troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in production environments

• Promote best practices related to infrastructure reliability, automation, and security

• Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes and operational practices

Required skills

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or similar roles

• Strong experience working with production systems and cloud environments

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and system reliability

• Experience with cloud platforms and modern infrastructure architectures

• Strong understanding of security, operational practices, and infrastructure scalability

• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English

• Willingness to travel if required
