Job requirements

As a Business Analyst at ZIRA, you’ll work closely with project teams to analyze client needs and deliver smart solutions that solve real business challenges. Your role will be key in driving efficiency, innovation, and growth—both for our clients and within ZIRA. You’ll be involved in every stage of the engagement: analyzing, discussing, refining, and testing processes to ensure we’re delivering the best possible outcomes. You’ll work alongside brilliant, driven colleagues—and receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support to help you grow. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Analyze business requirements and their impact on processes and products 

  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams across all levels 

  • Ensure that solutions align with business goals 

  • Map and document current and future business processes 

  • Work with engineers to define and design solutions 

  • Prepare reports on analysis and testing activities  

  • Conduct various tests and log results/issues 

Required skills: 

  • BSc degree in IT, Telecommunications, MIS, or a related field 

  • Familiarity with frameworks and test automation processes 

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 

  • Knowledge of telecom industry processes is a plus 

  • Curiosity and a drive for continuous learning 

  • Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal 

  • Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments 

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) 

  • Willingness to travel
